The AIs not throwing specials

This needs to be fixed I hate every time I fight a champion I have to worry on the AI not throwing there special. It’s even worse when I’m going against the grandmaster and he won’t throw his special one

    It's not a bug. AI behaviour is often erratic and weird, just gotta hope for the best.

    I’ve found it annoying sometimes on this update. Hyperion and mordo fights have occasionally been problematic, even dpx trying to get him to dump his power before powergain.
