Earlier today, there was an issue where Summoners that logged on shortly after the Login Calendar switched over for the day didn't receive the Cosmic Ghost Rider login crystal. We've fixed the issue for players receiving the crystal now but will have to collect data and send out the crystal to all players that didn't receive it next week. We apologize for this inconvenience and look forward to making it right for you all.

It is the second time i have to send a ticket to report a bug since Kabam changed its support website and each time i am ask to identify in order to send a ticket (logic for now)

The problem is that my Kabam account, the one i use to play mcoc, cannot connect or is not recognized !
The website tell me that i have to enable cookies on my iPhone but that would lower the standard security of Safari and i will not lower my security to help Kabam track bugs...

Why can’t we use out kabam account or simply can’t we just be allowed to connect without enabling cookies ? That works with any other websites on internet after all !

    I even sent an email to [email protected] as it was the mail address i had from previous contact but i received an answer stating request could only be received from their knowledge base from which i can’t connect 🤪
