Thinking about switching to iOS. Suggestion on the best 'budget' option?

I would like to hear your thoughts about the 3 options listed, my budget is not really high, but at this point I have been playing Mcoc on android for about 5 years (5 in september) and every time my device starts to struggle after a year of play. While it is still great in every other area.
Currently playing on a Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 pro, loading times about 4 seconds between fights (turns to 6-8 after half an hour of arena grinding) but I am starting to experience more and more lag during fights that make me miss evades, parries and intercepts.
I am coming from a 6,5 inch display, so the only fear I have for the SE is the size, but it has the best chip that will preform well longer. I don`t mind only using the iOS device at home and using my android phone on the go, but it would be a perk to be able to play everywhere.
Could you explain your thoughts on the devices and your overall winner.

Loading times are around 2-3 seconds. I suppose the new one should be slightly faster and better performing overall.
*P.S. I had no other applications installed on the device since new, the only application ever installed is MCOC, and the device was bought exclusively for the game, I ain’t sure if that affects it’s performance though.
I use it and I know Many others do as well and it works perfectly
Performance wise I don't notice any difference in crashes, frame drops or bugs - both have some and they're pretty much the same.
In my device that game crashes almost every fight and after restarting you will have only half health.
I switched to my Samsung s6 edge and it is a lot, i mean a lot, better.
I have the exact opposite experience. iPad mini 5 is brilliant, my Samsung S6 phone is terrible.
Thanks everyone for the feedback. I see the SE has had the majority of the votes, which I assume also come from players that use the phone.
Might look around if I can find someone that has a phone with a 4,7 to 5 inch screen to test the game out on it. (via a new account) to see how the smaller screen feels.
I have also looked around on youtube but see that a couple of ipad versions do not get the iOS animations, which would be pretty nice to have.
It must be device or end user related. If the game functions perfectly on the device for one person, it would definitely do for another. Unless, as you suggest, the device isn’t optimised to run the game the same way. Personally I only use my IPad Mini 5 to play MCoC and browse the internet, no other apps are installed. If I had multiple apps installed, processes running in the background, and a weaker WiFi signal, the game would obviously struggle. As it would on any device.
I just don’t see how blame can be given to Kabam in this situation.
