Mordo Buff Idea

I quite like Mordo, just not enough to ever rank him up. However, his quick Fury gain as he charges his heavy feels great and I love to chain it and the resulting power gain with his Special 1. So when I did this redesign, I tried to capitalize on that heavy charge and center a lot of his kit around it and those Fury buffs. Now, he can astral evade an attack when he is charging his heavy instead of when he is stunned. I think this should make him a more fun champion on attack and a less annoying opponent to fight.
I also tied his Fury Buffs to his other abilities more. Besides obviously increasing his damage, Mordo can now also use his Fury buffs in various other ways such as to deal bursts of damage whenever Mordo nullifies enemy buffs or to gain energy protection while he's holding block.
If any Energy Shield has not been consumed within 10 seconds, they instead each give Mordo an instant burst of 2% Power before dissipating.
If Mordo’s Power Gain Buff is active, the potency reduction is increased to 100% and the Power Gain per Energy Shield to 3%.
* Mordo’s astral form grants him immunity to passive Ability Accuracy reduction effects.
* Every 12 seconds, Mordo gets a bar of Power over 4 seconds. While the Power Gain Buff is active, opponents cannot gain any Power from their own Buff effects. Should Mordo be Stunned while this Power Gain Buff is active, Purify the Stun and remove the Power Gain Buff.
* This Power Gain Buff can be interrupted by landing a hit on Mordo.
If the opponent strikes into Mordo with a non-Special Attack, Mordo Evades the attack. If he has at least one Fury Buff, he quickly counter-attacks and inflicts a Degeneration Debuff on the opponent for 4 seconds. Neither the Evade or the Degeneration activate if Mordo is suffering from a Concussion or Fatigue Debuff, or if he is at Class Disadvantage.
While below 1 bar of Power, Mordo gains 16% of max Power per second when charging his Heavy Attack.
If Mordo has any Fury Buffs, any Buff that activates on the opponent while Degeneration is active removes one of Mordo's Fury Buffs and does a burst of Direct Damage to the opponent before being Nullified. If Mordo has no Fury Buffs, the opponent's Buff is only Nullified.
If Mordo is below 20% health, each expired Buff off the opponent has a 60% chance to trigger a Regeneration Buff on Mordo healing 8% health over 4 seconds. This chance decreases by 10% per Regeneration Buff triggered.

Signature ability - Mystical Barrier
When holding Block, Mordo converts one of his Fury Buffs into an Energy Shield every 0,2 seconds. If inflicted with an energy-based damaging Debuff, Mordo consumes one Energy Shield each tick to reduce the Debuff’s potency by 70% for 0,5 seconds. If any Energy Shield has not been consumed within 10 seconds, they instead each give Mordo an instant burst of 2% Power before dissipating.
If Mordo’s Power Gain Buff is active, the potency reduction is increased to 100% and the Power Gain per Energy Shield to 3%.
Passive
* After holding Block for 0,5 seconds, Mordo can Block Unblockable Special Attacks.* Mordo’s astral form grants him immunity to passive Ability Accuracy reduction effects.

Degeneration Effects
Every time Mordo places a Degeneration on the opponent, the potency of their Buffs is reduced by 70% for the duration of the Degeneration. Mordo also siphons an additional 45% effect from any Power Gain and Regeneration Buffs for himself. When charging a Heavy Attack
Exponentially gain up to 10 stacks of Fury. If Mordo cancels his Heavy Attack with a Special Attack, that Special Attack has a 10% chance to Stun the opponent for 3 seconds per Fury Buff on Mordo.
Special Attack 1
Causes Degeneration, inflicting Direct Damage over 6 seconds. If the opponent has a Buff, Degeneration will activate even through Block.
Special Attack 2
Opponents suffer from Mordo’s Soul Barb spell for 14 seconds, dealing Energy damage per opponent Buff per second. Additionally, Soul Barb inverts the potency of any existing Buffs on the opponent by 100% and activates a Degeneration effect if the opponent gains any new Buffs.Special Attack 3
Places a Nullification Field around Mordo for 12 seconds. The Field reduces the duration of the opponent's Buffs by 0,2 seconds per Fury Buff on Mordo for as long as he is near the opponent. Whenever a Buff on either champion expire, the Nullification Field deals a burst of Direct Damage to the opponent. If Mordo is below 20% health, each expired Buff off the opponent has a 60% chance to trigger a Regeneration Buff on Mordo healing 8% health over 4 seconds. This chance decreases by 10% per Regeneration Buff triggered.

Considering where his character was going towards the end of the first Doctor Strange movie maybe you could also introduce a mechanic where his power gain can't be nullified if fighting against another Mystic.
