For damage wise he is monster
For utility he need to be max atleast over 120 for significant amount. Worth r5

Not worth it ...even with 200 sigs...better options out there

Mine is at sig 200 but only rank 4. I am still struggling with his rotation and will only take him to fight defenders which deals damage back when struck (e.g, Electro, Korg etc).
