Ultron heal nerf

Did ultron’s heal get Merced in this new buff? Before he could heal at 50% heal and 25%, did that get taken away??

Amazing that the mods haven’t bothered to comment on any of the forums posts about this yet.

Is it bugged or is he only able to heal once per fight now? It’s a simple question .
