Captain Marvel Movie not gaining Binary charges on blocked hits from War Machine sp1

Came across this while doing Arena and fighting the Kang team.

Test against a duel and same happened.

I’ll take the free will power heal but Sparkles should gain charges on blocked hits.

I posted a clip but War Machine is applying his power suppression debuffs thru block.

I run max WP so free healing.

Thats been like it for a while and thought they fixed that since only reason isnt giving binary charges is because not acting as a projectile i believe the issue was

Yeah true I forgot his suppression could activate thru block.
