Hi just started playing this game and had reached level 12 but for some reason it's back to level 6, how can l resolve this?

You must have initially started an account without attaching it to a Kabam Login ID.
And then later when attempting to attach it to a Kabam ID it ended up using (and attaching) a brand new Game Account.
Or visa-versa.

And so when you are logged in it is one account, when you logout it then switches to that unattached account (which it loads by “default” based on your device even without being logged into a game account).
