Spider-Ham degen reduction is not functional in the least bit

The degen reduction ability held by Spider-ham is not working at all. This specific example occurs on the final boss in Langurian Castle rifts. I reset the degeneration by hitting guillotine between 1 and 10 stacks of spider nonsense. The degeneration activated a second after he hit 10 stacks, and yet he took the exact same amount of damage.

    Update: Only occurs against passive degen effects. Active degeneration is still decreased correctly.
