Why is taking long time to receive my 4 star card?

It's been a long time since I got my 1st 4 star crystal so please grant me a 4 star crystal.Its so hard to play in story quest without it.So I kindly request you to grant me 4 star crystal

a joke. So i'll take this opportunity to tell you that having a 4* early on in the game makes the game to easy for beginning content. This is the best time to learn how to use things like Parry/dexterity. compete in arena's, complete acts 1-3.
