Missing ISO from duping champions

So this has occured twice in a row for me. When duping a 4* champion. The iso comes out in 2 stacks like 15 and 9 or 12 and 12 instead of a 24. And only the front stack is credited to my overflow. The others are missing. Anyone else experienced this?

I know they come in splits... But I never faced the problem of having less count.
Moreover, I don't inspect of the number of ISO, because I've been upto a lot of rank-ups recently and I face severe ISO drought, so I hardly have ISO... And even if I get any, I rank someone and start dumping in them.
