Missing ISO from duping champions

So this has occured twice in a row for me. When duping a 4* champion. The iso comes out in 2 stacks like 15 and 9 or 12 and 12 instead of a 24. And only the front stack is credited to my overflow. The others are missing. Anyone else experienced this?

If there are insufficient space in your inventory, it goes into overflow (hence the split).

Whatever is able to goes to your inventory. When inventory runs out of space, the rest goes to overflow.

15 went to your overflow because you only had space for 9 in your current inventory.

Err that’s not the case. My inventory is already full and I have iso in my overflow. I counted the new iso and it was only 15 and 12.
