Didn't stun when i parried

Can someone help me please i was fighting against black widow in a alliance war and i parried her and she didn't stun everyone i have spoken to has no idea why she didn't stun does anyone know why she didn't stun?

I have read her sig abilities but can't see where is says she doesn't gets stunned when parried

She reduces defensive accuracy. Which means that she reduces the chance that when parried, a stun will occur. The higher the signature level the greater chance to avoid a stun.
