Finally have the resources for my first r5. But can’t decide who to rank up. All 6 have been extremely helpful with my current progression.
I’m a non alliance casual player. Mainly focused on monthly events and story quests. Not running suicides.

Void is currently level 35 but I have enough sig stones to take him up to 100. He’s my most recent addition, so I’m still learning how to use him properly. I’m impressed with his damage output so far.

You said you can get void to sig 100 do it. Rank 5 him and you will have no regrets. I absolutely love my r5 void, he is super tanky, has sick utility, good damage, and he rewards slow and careful game play which I love.
