This ability of mole man is overlooked!

I mean literally 99 percent of community using mole man don't even care about this ability but I enjoy this one a lot. It is said that whenever the opponent is inflicted with shock via sp1, each critical hit landed until the shock ends is said to inflict additional energy damage. The damage is pretty sweet and juicy. Just think if the opponent is shocked, mole man is in his frenzy form and ready to land sp2, the damage will be murdericious, like deadpool(don't go serious with deadpool, i am not comparing that weirdo with mole man)

Probably because people sleep on him, and he has so much utility it’s easy to miss that

I think he has shock only on sp1. I usually don't use sp1 unless it's to build the mole mass in a stun immune match up. Otherwise, parry heavy builds up mole mass pretty quick. Longshots sp1 also deals good damage, but you don't see people using that a lot because of the huge potential of sp2.

Yeah I tried using sp1 then sp2 to get massive damage but u cannot gain power so fast as you have to bait opponent's special attacks and the shock debuuf expires before getting to sp2.

Sp1 rotation has very similar damage to sp2 rotation, so sometimes the sp1 is more favourable.

An ability I like with mole man (besides that true accuracy) is his ability to block unblockable attacks if you have points in stand your ground. You need at least 2 for this, but once you get it, he can block unblockable attacks at the cost of all his monster mass.

However in frenzy, since you can’t lose monster mass, you end up just being able to block any unblockable attack. This just makes a lot of unblockable fights easier. Unblockable fights aren’t the most difficult, but this just allows you to basically ignore it. (Additionally he can block heavy attacks)

That's with guardian synergy that he can block unblockable specials all day.
