I need help picking a team for Act 5

Hey y'all! I'm on 5.1.6 and moving forward into Chapter 2 I really don't know who to invest in and who is the ideal team with my roster. Any tips and feedback is appreciated.

    Rank up Longshot, Iceman, Soc Supreme.
    Look at the nodes for the path you want to take and check which champs fits best for that path.

    also, im pretty sure longshot is good for punishing buff heavy characters like the venom in 4.2.6. Does he have any other utilities or are there any other fights like the venom in act 5

    CGR
    Mags
    NF (Aegon if you can keep up the combo meter)
