Flux Dispersal Problems

Heavy attacks don’t always reset the counter. Is there a reason for this?!
I have video footage if that helps.

No they are right. Ability acc affects these things. Happened to me many times over the last year with this exact node in other places. Do to pacify my heavy didn't remove all the charges when they were parry stunned. -30% AAR is actually gonna happen fairly often.

The Pacify mastery in my opinion has lost it's value with how the game is these days. I've had it on for years and removed it this year. There are to many nodes that offer benefits that the mastery can mess with. The Cav EQ, Act 7, Nodes like this, etc that can be annoying because of Pacify.

Back in 2018 and before when Kabam mostly only knew how to put out champs and nodes that gave it to us with no lub3 (looking at you act 6), the mastery was very valuable.

There's no such thing as an absolute in this game: There's a regular message in the loading screen between fights that says "All abilities have a chance to trigger. Unless otherwise stated, the chance is 100%."

I agree with @Haji_Saab and @Saiyan that ability accuracy reduction is the problem. It could be simply fixed by adjusting nodes like Lifecycle, Flux Dispersal and Rising Sun to have the 'AAR does not affect this node' adjustment that Rage has.
