When does incursions tiers change?

I will be opening my 8th 6* today which will take me from tier 2 to tier 1.
Does the change happen after the weekly reset tomorrow or the monthly reset?

Probs change straight away when u get 8 6 stars

It does not happen right away.

It will change once the milestones reset.

it happens right away, but you might have a weird encounter. i remember when i opened by 8th 6*, it showed me as tier 1, but i only got the top zone bonus for the tier 2 zones. then, i got the top zone bonuses for the tier 1 zones when the weekly thing reset.
