Now that war is giving r4 materials....

We all know there are 1-3 checks a year tops and even with this easy map people are and will continue to pilot ESPECIALLY now that r4 materials will be provided. Can docking and maintaining the validity/integrity of war be taken more seriously with the addition of game changing resources? I for one wouldn't mind a delay in reward payouts if it meant everything was being verified.
