Banned for 700H! on my second account. No explanation given

I logged into my second account after i took a whole break off the game all together to see a 700 hour ban. I’ve never cheated, can’t be code of conduct because the only time I ever interact in global is to ask if i should upgrade a champ. Mind you on my main i’m already level 60 and recently reached cavalier.
