Which Skill Champ to R3?

I have these skill champs and can become thronebreaker before July 4 offers, but I’m not too big on any of them. Should I rank up one of them or wait and miss offers? If so, which one considering future buffs?

    don't know about future buffs but masacre is awesome. Maybe not a top choice but if you're set on spending money you'll get a lot more bang for your buck with the title come july 4th.

    Masacre just got one, he is fun to play as well. I’d r3 him so you can get TB offers.
