4* civil warrior

Just opened up a 4* crystal and got him. I already have a 5* CW so my question is if he is worth ranking up, to at least rank 3/30.

Every 4* should be 3/30 atleast after you focus on what type of champs you don't have like a defender or power controller or damage over time champ or a regenerating one

Do you need a sandbag for 4* featured champ grind?

Agree with Hunter, any 4* should be at least 3/30.

You don’t need sandbags if you do the featured 4* arenas to get the streak. All mine are at least 3/30 and I get the featured streak.
