Is there a limit?

Is there a limit to how many runes you can stack with Sorcerer? I thought it was capped at 99 or 100 like many things in the game but turns out you can actually go higher, I managed to get to 150 before I became too bored to continue.

I also didn't know about the sp3 attack rating cap so I was expecting Wolvie's health to vanish in one sp3
