I’m 3k short from buying the super bundle but I only want the units don’t care about plat pool.

    No, they don’t, at least not that I’m aware of. The minimum per crystal is still 20 units

    They give you a chance at 6 star pieces of Platpool. Nothing more, nothing less, in the case of units.
