Nebula Is broken ?

Seems the L1 is not working anymore, it shows the text "Power Drain" but in reality nothing happens, any one else facing the same?

It's working good for me as long as the shock charge is activated. That's the problem I'm having half the time when I parry they aren't shocked or parry doesn't work right so they are being shocked and not stunned. She is a mess right now

I had 7 shock charges stored, triggered SP1... nothign, no power drain at all (the words flashed up). Off the top of my head 7 should of drained 24.5%? Anyway, the opponent started with a full bar of power prior to activating SP1, then remained on full power through SP1 despite "power drain" showing up

you have to apply the shocks to the opponent for it to work

Could it be because they shock debuff ran out at the very tail end of the special. Just before the energy ball contacted the enemy?

Her sp2 doesn’t trigger power drain, that’s just her sp1 and scales per shock debuff on the opponent. Her sp2 doubles the shock charges for a bunch of damage and does not power drain. You’re right on the second part, the specials need to end with the shock Debuffs still active.
