Who to use my four star generic awakening gem on? (Aegon, Doctor Voodoo, other)

Hi everyone, Im trying to get uncollected before 4th july because i heard its better. I got two maxed rank 4 stars Cap IW and Black Widow DO, both incredible in damage output and rank 3 5 star havok. I wanted a good regen/power control champ to be balanced but idk if its absolutely necessary for uncollected. I was gonna rank up 5 star sasquatch to rank 3 but now that i have an awakening gem i could use it on a four star and rank them. Candidates: Aegon ( i hear hes amazing but i already got a duped skill BW), Doc Voodoo, Apocalypse (just got him), Ultron, Void (but i got Cap IW duped) and Morningstar. Just wanna hear what everyone's opinion is. Thanks
