7.2 Explored
Saved five paths in 7.2.6 to the end. Whew, that was pretty rough. Gwenmaster exposed what I knew was a weakness (intercepting), but the good news is I am a lot better at it now. And I also had trouble baiting heavies. I thought I knew what I was doing, LOL. Not true. Well, TBD I guess.
I like the fight design, although there are a couple of phases when combined with the active node made the fight ridiculous. Not really complaining or asking for any change -- I figure if I can make it through, then the fight is easy enough for most players. I'm a scrub.
Prof X was my MVP for that fight, in almost every phase. I died enough to give all of my champs multiple attempts at GM, though. But PX helps with reverse controls in phase 1 and the invisibility in the science phase.
Good rewards, for me. Awakened iHulk in the Nexus, which was great. Prolly take him to r2 next Level Up. Choose mutant T5cc and pulled mutant and skill, which are the ones I wanted most. Close to completing tech, skill and mutant cats now (Warlock, Falcon, Mags). Got r3 Cap IW to 185 sig levels. And the last path was a T5b path, so I got a full one of those as well.
7.2 was a fun chapter. So much better than the Act That Will Not Be Named. Looking forward to 7.3. Cheers.
