Who would be the better rank up?

In your opinion who should I rank up? I am currently practicing for UC so who would benefit me most when I’m ready?

Guilly is so helpful for uc.

Terrax is underrated and also quite good.

Elsa. Big damage, shrugs off debuffs, easy to play, her busted mechanic provides easy openings.
