Which ghost to upgrade?

I have a 5* unupgraded and a 6* r1 ghost, along with a 5* tech gem and 20ish sig stones.
I have completed v3 (initial) and v6 upto 2.1.
I am currently at 6.3.1 in story.
Which one should I upgrade?

5* ghost, r5 and sig up as much as possible

5* ghost, r4, and 50ish sigs (involves using generic sigs)

5* ghost, r3, 20ish sigs (only from class stones)

    take to the five star to rank 5 and give the class stones.

    Then later take up the six star

    R5 your 5* and I would suggest maybe keep her at Sig 67 level (gives 3% power per miss in phase).
