Took me a bit to figure it out but if they give the 25% t5cc selector now , everyone gonna hop on the thronebreaker train and happily become TB and do all the other challenges (cavs can only reach milestone 6).

Nice theory, but simply not true. But this is how peak milestones have always worked. Take a look at AQ. You get the peak milestones reward once the cycle is over. Also, there is a chance to get to TB from the july 4 offers.

nah man, this is how these kinda milestones work. An example of this is the Summoner Advancement milestones, you only get the milestone after the timer ends.

The reason why the rewards come at the end is because the rewards change as you go higher, so it is impossible to give the rewards out immediately. For example, at tier 5 you get a 6* Nexus, but at tier 6 that gets upgraded to a 6* Nexus selector. If they gave you the 6* Nexus immediately, how would they upgrade it to a selector if and when you reach tier 6?

That's precisely why peak milestone rewards were originally created: to allow the rewards to be given out based on total milestone effort rather than incrementally one piece at a time so the rewards could change rather than just be a tiny bit more stuff with each step up.

Also, economically it would arguably be in Kabam’s interest to get as many fresh Thronebreakers tossed into the mix as possible. Assuming they are trying for the objectives, that’s a potential source of unit purchases. So I don’t think this one is a conspiracy.

Gauntlet being on a timer that expires before July 4, on the other hand, was at least in part a play to draw out some units.

Mann. I didn't watch any videos or read anything about SOP rewards..Checked the rewards in event tab and I was all pumped up....

I thought we all are going to get these rewards every week. Did the fight and went to claim glorious 5k 6*...
Couldn't claim themmm... hmmmm
went back to read the mail and...Got struck hard with reality of peak milestone...
I was expecting t5cc and nexus crystals every week. How naive...brain phart instance.🦍💨💫

Only the milestone you end the event at. Just like AQ milestone rewards.

Yeah, 6. Still… it’s 3 25% t5cc selectors (may be two) and a six star nexus selector
