Missing rift rewards

I just ran 2 Master rifts (1 path for 2000 3* shards, and the second for 4* sig stones), but when I finished the Morningstar boss I didn't actually get the rewards, just the Cav shards!!!!
How can I go about getting those rewards back and should I bother going through the rest of the runs if this is going to keep happening?
I know it's only "small" rewards but still sucks.

It's visual bug only. The items are getting added to whete they need to gp.
