Cosmic Power Boost not working.

Cosmic boost is not filling up the power bar after hitting with either sp2 or sp3.
I tried in both Summer of Pain fight and then in Realm of Legends Winter Soldier.

Who are you using, because you’re against pretty big healthpools there and it’s gonna be pretty negligible unless you’re using someone like Corvus or cgr, even then won’t be anything crazy, but you’d notice

I used 5 start 5-65 Hyperion in both fight.
Even tried with CGR too.
It says power fill depends on amount of damage deal, but nothing mentioned about percentage damage dealt.

Doesn't matter because that's how it works. Idk it might be bugged. If cgr was doing more than 10% per hit on his special he should be gaining a good amount of power back.

Thank you for the insight, well in such case kabam should change the text of the boosts, its misleading.
I just wasted my 200% cosmic boost.
