Arenas gone?

I got a notification for a new Arena, (I think it was for Symbiote Supreme) so I checked the arena page and it's gone?
Anyone else have this problem?

    If you are at Uncollected and below progression level, it will not appear in your game.

    currently at conqueror, that should qualify me for at least a 3 star arena, right?

    There is no more 3-Star arena.
