How to avoid quake aftershock

Im a comeback player after maybe 2yrs off.
As far as i remember, it used to be easy to fight quake.
But now i feel like i always got damage from aftershock from her heavy - shes hitting into my block and randomly did a heavy, not aftershock from sp.
Is there such a counter, or suggest how to avoid it ?

Try not to hold block so the AI won’t trigger the heavy

Beyond what Salve said, I usually play like she's stun immune. AI is always more likely to throw heavy attack if they get a few hits into block
