Lightning fists and Pyrokinetics just simply do not work. I've gotten them multiple times and never see a single debuff my entire run with either

Are you making sure to do full combos. They changed it so it's the last hit in a combo now

The chances are too low. I tried using them but they barely proc. That update ruined my favorite hacks.
