Need some opinions

So just pulled this guy from a dual class after initial completion of V5 and I haven't seen much talk or vids of what he's got or how good he is so I wanted to just ask the community's opinion on him

Should I invest my resources to R4/5 him and is sig important ? I don't have a class gem but I do have a generic one

Also my mutant roster is very barebones, Colossus is the only one I got apart from him as a 5 star and my 6 star omega red probably will collect dust as I don't plan on running suicides right now

Sig Ability isn’t necessary so don’t waste a generic
He’s very fun and has great damage
Even better as a Horseman
