Who to rank : Guil2099 or Guardian

Both unawaken 6star, Guil2099 and Guardian. (Also i have 6*unawaken r1, for consideration maybe : capiw, void, angela)

If both Guardian or Guil2099 will be part of my main team, who should i bring to R2 ?
Im 700k rating, currently on completion act 6.2.4
My main team usually : all 5star domino/ghost/magneto with 1 synergy + utility like void/killmonger/sentinel/voodoo or cheese strat.

    oh didn't see guardian is unawakened, if u manage to get him high sig, like 100 ,it's definitely him.
