Quickest Kill of an easy 200k-300k opponent

No nodes, no synergies, no BS. Just flat out 200-300k health pool on the enemy. What champ is getting the kill the quickest?

Id would say Nick Fury if they bleed and he is the real NF or CGR. Heck even Colossus if you get the crits.

    Nick will absolutely not be the fastest. CGR for sure. Colossus won't come close to the speed at which CGR can cycle sp2s

    It takes me about a minute to takedown rol wintersoldier with r3 six star CGR. 200-300k healthpool? Yeah thats a 25 second kill.

    Yeah but he's rng reliant and will need to get 4 bars of power (sp1 sp1 sp2) CGR can naturally get to sp2 in mere seconds and then cycle the opponent.

    CGR.

    At first he seems OP, but there's a lot of nodes out there that just Nope him. But if we're just considering raw burst damage against WS-like nodeless opponents? CGR by far.
