Champions are not being buffed in order of how good they are. Which is why Howard the Duck got an overhaul before Iron man classic for example, or Angela got a tune up before annihulus for example, or crossbones got an update before MODOK for example.

Saw somebody else say on another thread that they’ve probably got a team that just brainstorms potential buffs in no particular order and when they hit on a good one it gets kicked up the chain of command. Makes as much sense as any other explanation.

My argument is not that Elsa doesn't need a buff, my argument is that you can't say that she is better solely based on the fact that Ronin is getting a buff.

And most people would agree that Ronin doesn’t *need* a buff. He’s perfectly playable.

But he could get a little tweak that makes him more fun. And Elsa could get a little tweak that makes her more playable.

Buffed =/= worse champ

It’s bad logic when you look at the quality of champs that get buffed, it’s not consistently bad champs or in order.

I’ve given up on saying good about Elsa cos the community esp ppl on the forum hate her. I’m eager to see her getting buff but ronin instead. I personally want Elsa to be buffed to become a real solid skill champ without being hated or overlooked. But it is what it is. She deserves a buff! I really want her damage to be better and she has at least bleed or incinerate immune.

The reason people don't like everyone hyping up elsa is because it's nothing new, it happens all the time. And when people criticize that and point out elsas flaws the lovers just fight tooth and nail for her leading to overhype.

The problem with this is most (if not all) champs getting buffed are the bottom 50%. Doesn’t mean they are bad just not great. Seeing as Elsa is at least above this threshold in most people’s eyes she shouldn’t get a buff.
