I would personally go with guardian. I haven't played with him a ton, but from the gameplay I have seen he looks great. He definitely benefits a lot from a higher sig, so it is good that he already is. He has amazing burst damage, and his no crit mechanic makes him super valuable in certain situations when critting is bad.
