Anyone have any “insight” on why this interaction happens

So tier 2 wars second hazard shift fight. bwdo keeps evading my hits and activating insight. She doesn’t even evade charges and it’s not after she throws her sp1 either. I’m confused as to what’s going on here. It shouldn’t be the untouchables tactic either. I tried to post pictures to help. Not sure they will post. Any help would be appreciated. It is a bug?

I think whats happening is , the moment u hit her she gains a resistance and per description it says she will evade and THEN gain a resistance so the bugg occurs when you let the resistance trigger
