Skill rankup dilemma

I have some good skill champs that i need to rank up. Stealthy, MoleGod, Monke. All are at r2 atm. I only have a few 5*s so i can go all out on only one of these champs. I need a decent champ for monthly EQ exploration to save resources. Please provide some insights.

I have a r3 stealthy never use him. I have a r4 monkey and I love him, but needs high rank for high healthpool cuz his block proficiency is worse than mine If I was blocking a hit from these mighty heroes. I would go molegod. No bad reviews on him. Stealthy if you need his utility. Great damage but I'm not a fan. Hit monkey is fun, useful but it depends what act you are on. 5 or 6?

Defeated act5 collector recently. Not planning to explore remaining atm.

I ranked stealthy over HM because i needed his utility myself but i probably woulda went moleman if i woulda had him

I would personally got for moleman. He is super helpful in a lot of content from variants, act 5, 6, and 7, as well as monthly eq. I have him at r5 atm and use him whenever I get the chance, which is a LOT.
