Thoughts on the Diablo buff?

If you haven’t seen, I know that KT and Karatemike have put out videos so far.

As someone who just pulled him from the Gauntlet, I’m pretty excited. I don’t have a reliable poison-based champion, and his change also makes his utility literally selectable, and completely removed the limited number of potions he could use, as well as improving the potions themselves and making him into what looks like a fun champion.

Thoughts?

It looks pretty good. But of course we won’t truly know until it actually goes live.

On paper it looks good but we can't say anything about the practicality of keeping poisons on the opponent and gaining big damage and other things without playing him.

I have a sig 40 6-star Diablow, and hoping this buff removes the "w" from the end of his name. The fact that he's a poison champ in the mystic class does interest me.

I have a mystic 1-2 rank up gem in inventory, which I might use on him if he's good. I also have awakened 6sr1 Guilly and Hood, both of whom are getting buffed, so might wait to see all of that before deciding. In no rush: I have a beefy mystic roster, topped by a 6sr3 awakened Doom.
