Buff Winter Soldier.

Winter Soldier Is In The Contest For A Very Long Period Of Time And Kabam Have Also Not Made Him A Utility Champ And That's Why I Think Winter Soldier Should Be Buffed...

    Probably surprise buff.. Falcon got buffed because of Disneys Falcon and Winter Soldier.. so it probably is a matter of time.. of course I am just hoping for a buff..

    I am sorry for your new 6* winter soldier, but he can have very solid damage with the killmonger synergy

    Poor man's Star Lord isn't very solid, my dude. The White Wolf definitely deserves an overhaul.
    “Solid damage” he is still a garbage champ but he can actually hit decently hard with killmonger synergy
