War - we placed defenders but no attack phase?

Anyone else have this problem? In my mini alliance we enlisted and placed. But now there is no attack phase. No message or emails about a bye or anything.

NVM: 2 force restarts and it popped up.

    Ya always have to restart if u were online when placement timer ended
