It seems that there is an error in the correction for the Summoner Trials arena error. Even the post made by @Kabam Miike does not clear up the mistake. I have submitted a ticket as it seems there must have been a computational error as some summoners received the correct amount while many others did not.

Has anyone else submitted a ticket for the error in the Summoner trials arena correction?
