MERCS MODDERS & SCAMMERS. Should they be allowed to roam free?

Mercs and scammers. These r the people who makes me hate global chat.
And yet they r roaming free and the company is doing nothing about it... makes me wonder ..is it ok to use these services?

Bad them! no other games tolerates these actions - That kid who you tubed Fortnight did mods live on stream and that game banned him permanently instantly due to a zero tolerance policy
