No bad choice but I feel like Cap will have a bit more benefit from the damage boost than HT. After all, the smoulders make the damage from HT crazy anyway.

Capiw for low sig prestige, HT for utility.

If you do take up capiw, you need to know he is a project for you to take up to sig200.
I did it, and have an r3 sig200. Worth it (to me)
