Missing Crystals after duping 5*s

I just received 2 duped champions (see sig levels in images below) from 1 5* Basic and 2 5*mutant/skill duel crystals. The rewards after each opening reflected correctly, but the 6*shard crystals were not in my crystal vault.

I reached ThroneBreaker during the course of the last week, and did not have this issue before reaching TB. I also recently popped open 10 other duel crystals that should have also given me 6* shard crystals for the 7 dupes. I am not sure whether these were also affected. Please could you check what has actually reflected in my account, or why the crystals might be hidden.
