V6 - Thorns

Any suggestions for this path?

I just slow fought with Omega. Really annoying. If someone has unstoppable/unblockable every time they charge in (rhino) you can just go in, out back in, to get regen and do one hit at a time but it's just a beast of a path.

I used Molegod and godpin for it. I'd recommend turning off suicides, as I used a handful of revives due to the poison reducing godpins regen rate. But yeah, that path is easily the most annoying in variant 6.
